All of this was published for the public in Arabic and foreign languages.

As for The Book of the Virgin in Zeitoun, it is a detailed report on the recurring successive apparitions at the church named after her in the Zeitoun suburb near Cairo, starting on the evening of Tuesday, April 2, 1968, and continuing until the time of the report’s publication.

The book includes:

  • The statement issued by the Papal Headquarters on May 4, 1968, regarding the apparition of the Holy Virgin on April 2, 1968, at her church in the Zeitoun district of Cairo.
  • The report of the first committee formed by His Holiness Pope Cyril VI, which he sent to verify the authenticity of the This committee included three esteemed priests who submitted their report to His Holiness on April 30, 1968:
  • Girgis Matta, Director of the Papal Office.
  • Yohanna Abdel Masih, Secretary of the Papal Committee for Church Affairs.
