Zeitoun: Miracles Without Precedent…When the Association for the Understanding of Man began its research into Marian apparitions, it appeared that such phenomena had occurred exclusively within the domain of Roman Catholicism. It was soon learned, however, that this was by no means the case. The most evidential and best-witnessed series of apparitions occurred at a Coptic Orthodox church in Zeitoun, Egypt, a suburb north of Cairo.
